Here are the answers of some of the most frequently asked questions.

The registration on Titanplay is fast and simple. You just need to follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you are eligible to register and play (see point 4.3. in the site’s General Terms and Conditions)
2. Click on the “Register” button
3. Fill in the form with your personal information, having in mind that all the fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
4. Ensure that all your data is correct.

Verifying your account is part of our regulatory obligations, it helps ensure the security of your personal information and prevents unauthorized access.

To verify your account, you will need:

  • A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
  • A mobile phone with a camera

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload a photo of your ID. Ensure the information on your ID matches your account details.
Make sure your camera is enabled and follow the instructions to capture a clear image of your document and then of yourself.

It is of utmost importance to ensure that each player’s personal details are well protected. Here is why, at Titanplay we advise you to choose a strong password upon registration. However, should any of our players decide to change their password, here are some simple steps to follow: 

1. Log in to your Titanplay account. 
2. Click on your username in the top right corner and then click “Change password”. 
3. You will see three fields: “Old password”, “New Password”  and “Confirm New Password”. 
4. In the first field you need to type your old password and in the fields below - the new password of your choice. 
5. You must make sure to take the extra time to carefully select your new password according to our guidelines, to ensure that your account will be using a strong password, keeping your personal details safe. 
6. When you are finished, just click on “Save New Password” to save the changes. 
 

If a player forgets their password, there are steps available to help retrieve it. Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  • Click on "Forgotten Password" (located in the Account Login section once you click “Log In”).
  • Enter your e-mail address, username and date of birth in the relevant fields.
  • Click "Reset Password".

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Please remember to carefully check your Junk or Spam folder, as sometimes legitimate emails can be mistakenly flagged as spam.

How to place wagers on Sport?

At Titanplay, we offer a diverse range of sports, leagues, matches, and bet types, including live betting options. Follow these steps to place your wagers:

Placing General Wagers

1. Navigate to the Sports Section: Located at the center-top of our homepage.
2. Select Your Sport and Market.
3. Choose the Country and League.
4. Explore the Available Options and Place Your Wager.

Placing Live Bets

1. Go to the Sports Section: Found at the center-top of our homepage.
2. Click on "Live Betting".
3. Select "All Live Games".
4. Choose Your Game and Place Your Wager.

Wager Settlement Time
The time required to settle wagers can vary based on the type of bet placed. We strive to finalize all wagers promptly once the results are official.

Minimum Stake
The minimum stake you can place is indicated on the bet slip in Canadian dollars, indicated with a $ sign.

Maximum Stake
After selecting the odds, your bet will appear on the bet slip located on the right side of the screen. Here, you can view the maximum bet amount allowed for the particular event, along with detailed information about your bet.

To check the outcome of a bet placed in the “Casino” section, follow these steps:

1. Click on your username in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select "Bet List" from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the “Casino” page on the left-hand side menu.
4. If you would like to review your Live Casino activity, you can find it in the “Live casino” page located in the same menu.
5. You can choose a time filter from the predefined options or click “Custom” to manually select the desired time frame 
6. Click “Show” and view your activity.

To check if your Sports bet was a winning or losing one, follow these steps:

1. Click on your username in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select "Bet List" from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the “Sport” page on the left-hand side menu.
4. You can choose a time filter from the predefined options or click “Custom” to manually select the desired time frame.
5. If you would like to explore your bets with a specific status, choose the relevant option, located under the name of the page.
6. After making your selections, click the “Show” button.
7. Look at the "+/-" column: a green number indicates a winning bet, while a red number with a “-” sign indicates a lost bet.
 

Titanplay.com allows you to fund your account with a wide range of payment options. You can do so either by Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Interac, and Bank Transfer. 

Visa and Mastercard

When you make a successful deposit using Visa or Mastercard, the transaction will typically appear on your statement as a charge from Titanplay or Shark77 depending on the payment provider. The description may include the merchant’s name, the date of the transaction, and the amount deposited.

Interac

  • For Interac deposits, the transaction will appear on your bank statement as an Interac e-Transfer. The description will usually include the name of the payment provider`s name (Wyzia), the date, and the amount.
  • In order to use your Interac for deposits and withdrawals, please go to your online banking and enable “Autodeposit”. This will automatically associate your email address with your bank account. 
  • After activating Autodeposit and selecting the designated account to receive your transfers, your funds will be received directly into your account.
  • Autodeposit streamlines the process of receiving funds by eliminating the need for recipients to access their email accounts to complete their transactions. 

Skrill

When you deposit funds using Skrill, the transaction will show up in your Skrill account activity and on your bank or card statement if linked. The description will typically include Titanplay or Shark77 depending on the payment provider, the date, and the amount.
 

Your account balance will be updated as soon as you make a deposit, except when performing a Bank Transfer.  

Processing Time: While deposits are often instant, it may take a few minutes to a few hours for the transaction to reflect on your statement.
 

It is very easy! Just click on your username on the top right corner and choose the withdraw option. You can see all the available payment methods there. 

1. What Is the “Closed Loop” System?

We aim to implement the “closed loop” system for withdrawals. This means that the same payment method used for deposits will also be used for withdrawals. This ensures fast and secure processing of your transactions.

2. Why Use the Closed Loop System?

Using the closed loop system for your payments ensures:

  • Faster Processing time: Transactions are processed more quickly.
  • Enhanced Security: It reduces the risk of fraud and unauthorized transactions.

3. Can I Use a Different Payment Method for Withdrawals?

We recommend using the same payment method that you have used for depositing. 
If you choose to use a different payment method for withdrawals, please note that additional verification of the new payment method will be required. This verification process may slow down your withdrawal processing time.

In case you choose to withdraw to a different payment method to the one you have used for depositing, you will have to verify that the new payment method is owned by yourself. 
Following your withdrawal request, you will receive an email prompting you to verify the ownership of the payment method. Please follow the instructions in the email and provide the documentation required. 
 

A document to verify the ownership of the payment method may be a bank statement, dated within the last 6 months, showing your name and the account number, or another document proving that you are the account holder of the payment method of your choice.

If you have deposited by card, we will need a photo of the back and front of your credit/debit card, with the first six and last four digits, names, and expiration date visible. Please cover the rest of the digits and the CVC code on the back with a piece of paper, as this is sensitive information that we do not require.
In case your card is inactive, disposable, virtual, or otherwise unavailable, please provide us with a card statement or similar document issued by your bank, showing your name and the last four digits of the card.

Please, ensure that all edges and corners of the document are visible, along with all details.

If you have used Skrill to deposit, we will need a screenshot of your Skrill account from the following section:

  • "Settings" - where the page URL and your details are visible - names, email, phone number, residential address.

Аlternatively, you can provide us with a PDF statement, issued within the last 6 months, that contains all your details.
