1. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific terms and conditions that may be applicable to the promotion. Bonuses must be used in accordance with those specific terms and conditions.
1.1. Eligibility
a. Promotions are open to players aged 19 or over who are legally allowed to participate in online gaming in Ontario.
b. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Titanplay.ca, its affiliates, and its advertising and promotional agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to participate in any Promotion.
c. Players are eligible to receive a promotion once. Promotions or offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, IP address, etc.
d. Opting in to a promotion does not guarantee participation in the promotion if the player’s account is listed as “not eligible to receive promotions”.
e. To view any specific eligibility criteria associated with a particular Promotion, please refer to the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions.
f. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all players before a bonus can be granted.
g. In general, when placing a bet during any promotion real money will be used first.
h. Players have the option to engage in promotions associated with either Sports or Casino individually, but they are not eligible to participate in simultaneous promotions that pertain to both Sports and Casino activities concurrently.
1.2. Types of bonuses and wagering requirements.
a. A deposit bonus is a bonus offered to players by TITANPLAY.CA that will be activated upon a successful qualifying deposit.
b. A non-deposit bonus means a bonus that is offered to a player by TITANPLAY.CA, which does not require a deposit.
c. Bonus Spins are a type of promotional offer a player can use on a certain slot machine. Bonus spins come in the form of no-deposit bonuses or as a part of deposit bonus packages.
d. A reload bonus is a type of promotional offer that's offered to players who have already made at least one deposit in the past.
e. Bonus Bet is a “token”, a type of promotional offer that can be used in place of real money for wagering.
f. Cashback is a type of bonus given to players in case they lose a specific amount within a certain period of time.
g. Real balance represents the total amount of money a player has deposited into their account, as well as any winnings made after completing the applicable wagering requirements while playing with bonus money.
h. Bonus Balance represents the total amount of all the available bonus funds a player has accepted plus pending bonus winnings accrued with play from a bonus amount.
i. Wagering requirements indicate how many times a player would have to wager through a bonus before being able to withdraw any winnings accrued with play from the bonus amount.
All games in Casino and Games are included towards the rollover of the bonus with the relative game coefficients, as follows:
• 100% - Video slot games (excluding games listed below), Scratch, Classic, Fun games (excluding versions listed below)
• 10% - Live tables and RNG (Game shows, live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat).
• 0% - Instant and casual games, Slingo games
j. The following games are excluded from playing while using bonus funds and will not be counted towards the bonus wagering requirements:

k. Should a player decide to withdraw any part of his Real Balance and there are associated Bonus Funds that have not completed the wagering requirements, these bonus funds and any bonus pending winnings with wagering requirements will be forfeited.
l. Players may not withdraw sums from their Bonus Balance. Bonus Funds that have not completed the specified wagering requirements are removed when a Player makes a cash withdrawal from their Real Balance.
m. Once the wagering requirements have been met for a Bonus, the Bonus winnings relating to that Bonus are transferred to the Real Balance and the player will be able to withdraw the funds in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
n. If the player decides to cancel the Bonus before the wagering requirements have been met, the bonus funds and any funds in the virtual balance will be forfeited.
o. Should a player have pending bets that exceed the expiration period of their promotion, all bets will be voided automatically once the promotion expires.
1.3. Promotional period
a. The Promotional Period, start date, and end date will be stated in the specific terms and conditions of each Promotion.
b. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion at any time without prior notice, in our sole discretion.
1.4. Promotional offers
a. All promotional offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions that may be applicable to the specific Promotion.
b. We reserve the right to refuse any promotional offer to any player at our sole discretion.
c. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated in the specific promotional terms.
d. TITANPLAY.CA, shall not be held liable for various scenarios, including but not limited to:
- website or platform failures during a Promotion
- technical malfunctions or other issues of any nature, such as those related to telephone networks, computer systems, servers, access providers, computer hardware, or software.
- failure to receive, capture, or record information due to technical issues or internet traffic congestion.
- injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or device as a result of participating in a Promotion.
- incorrect identification of Reward recipients or eligible Reward recipients, or
- any combination of the aforementioned situations.
- In the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of TITANPLAY.CA that interferes with the proper conduct of a Promotion, including but not limited to errors, computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other failure, TITANPLAY.CA reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the Promotion (or the Terms and/or Promotional Terms) in its sole discretion.
- Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of a Promotion may result in criminal and civil law violations. If such an attempt is made, TITANPLAY.CA reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, TITANPLAY.CA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend a Promotion, or to amend the Terms and/or Promotional Terms, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation, due to printing, administrative, or other errors of any kind, or for any other reason.
1.5. Restrictions
a. Bonus Funds are designed to be enjoyed in regular gameplay and have betting restrictions that players must adhere to when completing their wagering requirements.
b. Players must not place any wagers on Sports while they have an active Casino promotion. Engaging in such activity may result in the deduction of winnings derived during the promotion. Additionally, players who are found to be using Casino promotions while betting on Sports simultaneously may be disqualified from participating in any future promotions.
c. The following Betting Restrictions apply for players using Bonus Funds while completing wagering requirements:
i. Slot games restricted Gameplay:
• Placing bets with minimal or no risk (Hedging bets; Low-margin bets; Large, single bets)
• Wagering made using the Gamble Feature on Slot games
• Placing bets of amounts higher than $18 or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.
• Low risk wagers: Include practices like covering a significant portion of betting options to minimize risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette).
• Advantage play: Any method that significantly reduces or removes the inherent risk in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Restricted games: Games excluded from bonus wagering to prevent easy bonus clearing.
• Cheating and collusion: For live tables, we use gameplay and player monitoring to detect unnatural cooperation or cheating.
• Non-recreational play: Patterns that indicate professional or systematic gambling.
ii. Table, Card, or any other games restricted gameplay:
• When playing with a deposit Bonus, players may not Bet more than 10% of the amount they deposited, to secure the deposit Bonus, in a single bet or round on any table or card game or any other game.
• Non-recreational play: Patterns that indicate professional or systematic gambling.
iii. Sports restricted gameplay:
• players may not bet more than 75% of the bonus given when completing the wagering requirements.
• Repetitive (Multiple) bets placed on the same outcome of the same event
• Asian Handicap, Asian Over/Under bets
• Bets placed on opposite sides with the same outcome of the same event
• Odds boost markets
• Match Result - Enhanced Odds
• The Cash-Out option is not available with an active sports bonus.
d. Failure to comply with any Betting Restriction applicable to a particular Bonus while completing wagering requirements means that the player’s winnings may be voided by their activity.
e. Any case highlighted to have breached these Betting Restrictions will be reviewed by TITANPLAY.CA and a decision shall be taken on the overall player activity.
f. TITANPLAY.CA has the right to review transaction records at any time for any reason. If TITANPLAY.CA believes that a player is engaging in irregular gameplay for the purpose of abusing a Bonus it may, in its sole discretion, block, suspend, withhold, or withdraw any Bonus, confiscate all winnings earned through irregular or abusive play.
g. Irregular or abusive bonus play includes, but is not limited to:
i. Decreasing the stake amount by 75 % or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a Bonus is still active.
ii. Moving from a low-weighted game to a high-weighted game after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements.
iii. Low-risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table, e.g., betting on Red and Black.
iv. Delaying any game round inside any type of game, to a later time when there are no more wagering requirements and/or performing new deposit(s) while having bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so acknowledge that their bonus and any associated winnings may be declared void at TITANPLAY.CA discretion.
1.6. TITANPLAY.CA reserves the right to amend and void any bonus offer at any time, at its sole discretion.
1.7. If TITANPLAY.CA does not enforce or delay enforcing any part of these Terms & Conditions, it does not mean that Titanplay.ca has waived its rights. The use of a right or remedy once, or only partially, does not prevent Titanplay.ca from using that right or remedy again, or from using other rights and remedies in the future. This provision ensures TITANPLAY.CA's ability to address any violations, including bonus abuse, as needed while retaining the flexibility to make discretionary decisions.
1.8. Should TITANPLAY.CA suspect any misuse or abuse or lack of good faith regarding any of the promotions offered, TITANPLAY.CA may, at its sole discretion, void, deny, or withhold, temporarily or completely any such bonus, and block the player’s account.
1.9. We promote responsible gaming practices, and we reserve the right to limit or exclude any player from any Promotion at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe that the player is engaging in any activity that may be detrimental to their well-being or the well-being of others.
